This is a standard fabric for the garment industry, used for blouses, lingerie, and scarves.
Fibre content: 100% silk, reeled and tightly twisted. Gram Weight: 12.5m/m; 16.5m/m; 19m/mWidth: 114cm (140cm could be made) Commonly used for: Dresses, blouses, lingerie, scarves, gowns, drapes of all kinds. Weft (width) shrinkage: Minimal Warp (length) shrinkage: ~ 5% Recommended care: Machine wash: Gentle cycle, warm water, mild soap. Tumble dry on low heat. For smoothest finish, iron from barely damp state on "wrong" side of fabric. Alternate care: Hand wash and iron on wrong side. Or Dry Clean
